Class blog week ending 19th June 26

WHAT AN AMAZING WEEK YEAR 4 HAS HAD THIS WEEK WITH PERFORMING AT THE SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL PERFORMING HAMLET!

We are so proud of Year 4 for their enthusiasm and hard work they have put in to put on such an amazing performance with Class 9 performing the wedding scene and Class 10 performing the mousetrap scene. It was lovely to see so many parents attend the festival - we apprecaite the continued support and the children were very excited to have you there! Thank you :)

Alongside working very hard practising for their Shakespeare performance, Year 4 have aso been working hard in English with writing an alternative ending to the story 'Dragon Stew'. They have worked on using a variety of grammar techniques to build tension and to plan an exciting ending. 

In maths this week, we have recapped division focusing on dividing with and without remainders using short divison as well as solving word problems.
