Year 4 Blog
This week in Year 4, we have been busy across all our lessons. In Maths, we have been developing our understanding of place value, using our knowledge to read, write and compare numbers. In English, we wrote exciting setting descriptions of Medusa's cave, using powerful vocabulary to create suspense and paint a vivid picture for the reader.
In Science, we investigated volume, exploring how to measure and compare the amount of space different containers can hold. In Topic, we learnt more about the Ancient Greeks and created timelines to help us understand the order of important events in Greek history.
