We continue to look at the book "WHERE’s TEDDY" by Rod Campbell this week. It’s about a boy called Buster who goes everywhere with his teddy bear. He helps around the house, cleaning, tidying toys, cooking and shopping. We have been looking for the teddy bear in the pictures.

In class there has been lots of role play activities offered such as dressing dolls, pots and pans in the sand and a toy cleaning station in the home area. We have been making shopping lists using pictures of food and encouraging the children to practice writing skills.

We have introduced different listening games based on household objects to see if the children can identify the different sounds.
