This week in Year 6...

Date: 2nd Mar 2025 @ 6:59pm

Last week in PE, we took on the fast-paced and exhilarating sport of handball! Our main focus was developing our passing techniques and this week we will be working on our shooting skills.

In comprehension, we will delve into the inspiring story of Ruby Bridges. Ruby Bridges was one of the first African-American children to integrate an all-white school in the South, during the Civil Rights Movement. Her courage and determination at such a young age has left lasting impact on society. We will discuss the challenges she faced, the importance of standing up for what is right, and how her bravery paved the way for future generations. 🌟

This week will be filled with lots of new learning, personal growth, and inspiration.
