This week in Year 6...WB 29.06.26

Our Year 6 pupils have been working incredibly hard rehearsing for their leavers' play, and the excitement is certainly building. From learning lines and songs to developing their confidence on stage, the children have shown great dedication, teamwork and enthusiasm. We are so proud of the commitment they have demonstrated and look forward to sharing this special celebration of their primary school journey with families.

Alongside their play preparations, the children have also been preparing for their upcoming transition to high school. Through a range of dedicated sessions, pupils have explored what to expect during transition days, discussed how to manage new situations and friendships, and learnt strategies to help them feel confident and resilient as they move on to secondary school. These sessions have encouraged pupils to ask questions, share any concerns and develop the skills they need to embrace this exciting next chapter with confidence.
